In our on-site butcher shop, we process meat from free-range pigs and lambs. Here we make organic sausages and pâtés - all according to our own recipes.

In the shop, you’ll find lamb, charcuterie, and pork from the farm, as well as wool, yarn, handicrafts, and lambskins. Whether the products are made in-house or by other local food artisans, small-scale production and sustainability are always the focus.
