Go treasure hunting at Bräckan!

Here's how it works

Geocaching is like a modern treasure hunt. You search for caches—which are hidden containers—using GPS coordinates or your smartphone. All you need to do is sign up for free with a username at geocaching.com External link., and then you’re ready to go.

When you find a cache, write your username and the date in the logbook inside the container.

At Bräckan, there is a series of 21 different caches for both beginners and those with a bit more experience. If you want to explore a larger area, there are several hundred different caches near Fjärås Bräcka and around Lygnern.

The caches will take you to places you’ve never been before. You’ll learn more about how Bräckan was formed and about our ancestors who lived there.
