Did you know that people from Halland have the longest life expectancy in Sweden? Maybe it’s because many of us in Kungsbacka love to go swimming all season long. For some, it lasts all year round.
Every year, Statistics Sweden issues forecasts on how long we are expected to live. We residents of Halland always rank at the top and have had Sweden’s highest life expectancy for over 100 years.
Winter swimming is something truly special. You either hate it or you love it. The rush of adrenaline in your body is the same as after a workout - a wonderful tingling sensation throughout your whole body!
