The beach at Fjärås Bräcka

Did you know that Fjärås Bräcka is one of only two places in Sweden where you can see both the ocean and a lake at the same time?

The lake you see when you stand atop beautiful Fjärås Bräcka is Lake Lygnern, Halland’s largest lake, where a refreshing dip in the cool water awaits.

From Bräckan, there are two paths down to the swimming area—one via a staircase that takes you down to the beach, or via a steep slope a little further away. Down by the beach, there is a picnic area and beautiful walking trails.

Parking

Park at Naturum Fjärås Bräcka and walk from there down to the beach in Bräckaviken.

Please park in a way that allows emergency services to get through. It is important that you follow the parking rules.
